On The Fringe – Thoughts from the Underground 5.29.15
Coming at you today from OTR Eagle, full of fried chicken and mac and cheese, I’m craving more theatre. Good thing Fringe is just winding up!
Last night I saw HITCHHIKERS MAY BE INMATES from the Clifton Performance Theatre. You can read my review at CityBeat. I enjoyed it, but try to sit close to the stage to make sure you hear every word of Kevin Crowley’s carefully crafted script.
It doesn’t matter where you sit if you choose to see RADIO GOMORRAH LIVE! It’s done in the round and no matter what side you’re on, you’ll be part of the action.
Tonight, I’m going to check out MOUTHY BITCH featuring Kelsey Torstveit and HEARD from Linnea Bond and Queen City Queer Theatre Collective. I expect both of these strong women to produce some strong theatre.
Will I see you in Over-the-Rhine tonight? Get down here! The weather is gorgeous and the Fringe is fun. It’s a can’t miss night out! Ticket information and the full schedule can be found at CincyFringe.com
